Let's start a movement! Would be easier to point others to it (and thereby draw site interest) as well... I have a few buddies who know their boxing, but don't know their navigation too well.

Myself, and others I'm sure, have perused the internet looking for boxing forums that are worthwhile. Personally, I've spent countless hours doing so. This forum, by my estimate, is the best by far. Intelligent, insightful discourse, and guys that are passionate about the sport. This, however, is the exception rather than the rule. Boxing is sort of a subculture as it were. Not as popular as team sports and even the sportbooks here in Nevada don't hold it in the highest regard. There are other forums, but none compare to this one. Even here, as good as this group we have here is, we still don't get no respect! I agree, the General could consider adding boxing and removing it from"other". It may be best to go straight to the top with this suggestion.

Boxing is not like other sports where you can look to the referee to call timeout, you must fight until the bell rings. You have the option to quit, but real fighters never will. Rather, real fighters fight regardless of the circumstances they face inside the ring.

The idea of an idependent section where we, the fans of the sport, share our experiences concerning different topics such as, boxing banter, training, live fights
